We ordered a garden bench, and cover from this company. The bench arrived less than a week later, and is excellent quality. The company have been very quick to respond to my queries, and extremely helpful and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Avoid this company as they do not offer you refunds when they deliver faulty products.

I bought a metal shed from this company, it looked great on the pictures, description looked great - In reality, it was a cheap, flimsy, poorly manufactured product and worst of all - turned up damaged in regards to multiple parts of the shed.

1) The roof did not sit flush, letting rain in. Gardensite kept telling me I had built the foundations on an uneven surface - I hadn't. I built it on my perfectly flat decking. I even provided picture proof with a spirit level proving it was flat, they still refused a refund.
2) The doors do not sit flush, letting rain in. Gardensite said a gap in the door was normal - why would a shed that is vulnerable to the elements, have a 2cm gap in-between the doors, where's the logic in that?
3) The plastic air vents were bent, once again, letting rain in.
4) There are 3 screw holes on the front of the shed that are too large for the screws that it tells you to use. This means that they just fall out when you try to put them in.

Best of all, absolutely nowhere on the website advert for the Oxford Grey 7x4ft metal shed does it tell you as a customer that this shed is not waterproof. Now usually, things that are situated outside are typically waterproof. For example, when you buy a car, it doesn't specifically mention that it is waterproof, but of course, you just expect it to be... This was my logic with an OUTDOOR shed. Why would you want an outdoor shed that let's in rainwater. I purposely bought this shed to keep my lawnmower, strimmer and headge trimmer in, which obviously is impractical if it lets all of the rain water in.

So I go to gardensite to tell them about the multiple problems with my product, expecting them to either offer replacement parts of a full refund - Considering it's not just one fault, there's 4 different faults. But, no... No refund, and then they have the cheek to patronise me and ask me if I'm sure I've built it correctly.

This is the only product I've ever bought, in my whole life, that when it's faulty the company does not just automatically refund, especially with so much evidence!

You may be wondering what their suggested resolution was to "fix" my broken shed - They want me to "waterproof" my shed. They want me to spend even more money, time and effort to waterproof something that should already be waterproof. Ridiculous.

Do NOT use this company. Maybe if you receive a product with no faults, it would be okay... But I will never be using this company again. Ever.

after a delay to the delivery, we received the pergola in good order and well packaged as a kit. Easy to assemble the structure but help is required on the final assembly. We are very pleased with the quality of the finished product.

Ordered 6x4 shed on Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday can’t get any better than that, all that needs now is erecting it !!

Having erected the shed I was a bit diss appointed that the apex was NOT over the door as normal sheds are. Told the company about this but they never had the courtesy to reply. After spending close on £750 I would have thought that I would have at least received a reply from them. Very poor after sales service. They have had the money so could not care less with after sales. Won’t be using them in the future. !! Very disappointed.

My garden looks absolutely amazing with my new furniture, it was so bare and plain before. I visited the store just to browse, but managed to get a load of stuff for my outdoor space at pretty good prices.

A lot cheaper than Amazon and Excellent service and quick delivery , would recommend to anyone

I had a very positive experience with GardenSite and would recommend them strongly - there was a little glitch with the order as first delivered but this was remedied swiftly, courteously and without question. Excellent service.

Delighted with the purchase, product quality and price. Of even greater significance it was a pleasure to deal with the company as their customer service was first class. I had a small issue with a damaged post for the gazebo , which we noticed whilst unpacking. Rang the company and got through straight away. Followed up with an email and a confirmation that a replacement post was on its way- no quibbling. Kept us informed throughout. Top company would be more than happy to repeat buy and recommend to friends. In a time when businesses are still blaming the pandemic for their inadequate systems gardensite stood out as doing the opposite. Such a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

I was hoping the purchase of a new shed would be relatively straightforward, but Gardensite have exceeded my expectations. Shelley in Customer Services and Chris the driver were both determined to make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks for your help

We bought a Blagdon Grand Half Moon Pond from this site, and everything about it was wrong, nothing lined up or fit together properly, my husband had to try to put it together by altering it, consequently, the liner didn't fit properly because of this. We contacted the company, and we were given the brush off and then passed to the company that made the pond, who in turn, told us to contact Garden Site, we got the complete runaround for an item that cost us £600, they were not interested in helping us at all.

I recently had a problem with an automatic vent opener which had failed. I contacted the company and was offered a friendly tip that may cure the problem.
Unfortunately this didn’t work so a replacement unit was sent the next day.
My thanks to Kayleigh for her advice and help in sorting this problem.

I recently purchased a garden statue from this company, which I returned (at my own expense) as the arm did not sit firmly in the main part of the statue and freely wobbled about (but it wouldn't fall off completely).
At the time the customer services made up the same statue where the same thing happened. They also checked with the US and China where the item comes from and I was advised that this was the way that it was meant to be therefore there would be no refund of the postage (£80).
After raising a complaint with the partner I was advised that 'hundreds of happy customers have brought the item over the years'.
I am at a complete loss as to why anyone would be happy to sell this item in this way, let a lone someone purchase it and think it's as it should be - I couldn't find any reviews of the item on this site to verify 100's of happy customers! and I was unsure why the Customer Services, having seen my video and sold hundreds, needed to build a statue themselves!
Since my complaint I have managed to purchase the same statue significantly cheaper, with free returns and no wavy about arm!!
Despite this clear and obvious difference I have again been told that 'each item is hand cast and each piece will vary as a result'.
My £80.00 is lost, I understand that but I would warn anyone purchasing this Rhiannon statue (CL4974) to see it in person and DO NOT accept that the arm is loose, if you buy from another supplier the arm sits firmly in the socket and is a lovely statue to have.

Terrible company slow at everything, brought fish lights not correct ones they are refusing to give me a full refund they have only refunded £32.99 not the full amount of £82.99, be very careful what you buy from this company I completely stand by my review I have checked with Royal Mail and the do not charge £50
